• Wrap around, low-watt density elements, easily removed for service, assure even melting
• Remote digital thermostat displays current temperature and set point. PID function maintains temperature within 2% of set point. A hi limit feature with manual restart protects melter against overheating


• Heated output valve,1/2 npt, with separate temperature control.
• High torque stirrer provides even heating and blending.
• Sscrew type pressure cover includes a pressure relief valve, a small port for adding material, and two quick disconnect fittings for pressurized air input up to 23 PSI.
• Entire stirrer assembly is removed with the cover
